I spent four nights here. My Premier Beautiful King Room Sea View High Floor included a large, modern bathroom. It featured two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was very spacious. Breakfast included a huge selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The staff were available and helpful throughout the hotel. I could get quick assistance.
The live music near the pool area went until late and was a small issue.

the hotel design was excellent and the rooms had a nice balcony. breakfast offered a fantastic variety of food and drinks. i found the beach well maintained and appreciated having access to the facilities at the nearby hotels. manoj from housekeeping kept my room super clean and was always polite.
i found that the lighting in the room was not ideal for makeup application as it was too dim.

the hotel has a great location near services. it is within walking distance to the marina. taxis are readily available and the tram is easily accessible on foot. many restaurants are within reach.

the room decor was very nice and spacious. the mattress was comfortable. i enjoyed the sea view from the balcony and also the view of the ain wheel. the bathroom was well appointed.

the hotel personnel demonstrated a very good approach to guests. the staff was friendly and helpful. i felt my experience was important to them. the housekeeping service was the best i have experienced at any hotel.

the breakfast was very good and satisfying with a variety of choices. the dine around option was great. i tried restaurants in the westin and le meridian both on the same site and a pleasant walk away. dinner at ginger moon was enjoyable.

rekha was very nice. she serviced our room. she was so kind and respectful when we spoke before leaving.
the lighting in the hallways was very dark. the lighting in the room was confusing to figure out. wifi did not reach the balcony at all. access to the gym needed leaving the hotel.
